Positivity
I feel like people don’t have very much positivity in their life. That it because people can be assholes, with bullying and judging and just being rude. Everyone needs some sort of positivity in their life, even if it’s something small like music. I always listen to music to get me in a better mood and it helps a lot. I understand what people go through and that it is sometimes really hard to stay positive. You always have to look in a mirror and point out everything you like about yourself. Compliment someone, because that could make them feel really good. I always make sure to compliment at least once a day because I know what it is like to never get any compliments. Magazines, models, TV shows, anything can make someone feel terrible about how they look. We need to stop expecting everyone to look like Victoria’s Secret models and Calvin Klein models. No one should put someone down for their looks or what they weigh. Make it your goal to stop gossiping and judging! Always try to make someone happy if they are sad! Don’t listen to other people when they tell you to lost weight or wear makeup. Do what makes you feel happy and don’t try to change for anyone, unless you want to. If you want to lose weight for your benefit, go ahead. Always remember to stay positive and if someone puts you down, stand up to them and tell them the opposite of what they said! Push back the feeling of hate and always bring out love and compliments!
